Step 1: Log Into Your Client Area

Login Steps

  1. 1. Go to your hosting provider's client area
  2. 2. Enter your email and password
  3. 3. Click "Login"
  4. 4. You'll see your dashboard

Step 2: Find Your Invoices

There are two ways to access your invoices:

Method A: From Dashboard

  1. 1. Look at your dashboard home page
  2. 2. Find the "Unpaid Invoices" or "Due Invoices" section
  3. 3. Click on the invoice number to open it

Method B: From Billing Menu

  1. 1. Click "Billing" in the main menu
  2. 2. Select "My Invoices"

Subtotal Amount before tax
Tax Any applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.)
Total Final amount to pay
Status Unpaid, Paid, or Overdue

Invoice Status Colors

  • Unpaid/Overdue (Red) - Needs immediate payment
  • Pending (Yellow) - Payment processing
  • Paid (Green) - Successfully paid

Step 4: Pay Your Invoice

Payment Steps

  1. 1. Open the unpaid invoice
  2. 2. Click the "Pay Now" button
  3. 3. Choose your payment method
  4. 4. Enter payment details
  5. 5. Confirm the payment

  1. 1. Open the invoice you want to download
